Dear Sir:

We can't accept the cheque $19.42. Because we are not satisfy of your sale of our property. Your didn't pay for building on our land and some amount of chattels were missing too. The building are barn and horse's shed. That worth $1,200.00 on barn and $100.00 on shed. The land is locate on Lots 16 to 21 part of Lot 22 and 23, Block "A", Sec. 34, Blk. 4 N., Range 7 W., Map 710, No.1 Road, Municipality of Richmond, B.C.. Please kindly check over these things. We enclose cheque in this letter.
