Dear Sir:

Referring to your letter of the July 7 instance, asking me to send to the LAND REGISTRY, TITLE No. 133785-E covering my property, which is on SALE and independently priced.

I hereby inform you that I have not got the Title here with me and I would like to know whether it is compulsory for us to send the Title? Would the sale of my property be completed whether the Title is in my possession? or not? I would like to keep my title if at all possible.

Yours truly,

"K. Iwamoto"
