As I have mentioned already in a previous letter to you, and as I also have paid the taxes for 1946 on the above mentioned property, I definitely do not wish nor intend to sell this property for less than $1500.00 (Fifteen hundred).

I am a naturalized British subject since 1912 and as such, I demand due consideration.
