In re: MY CLAIM AGAINST YOU FOR $4184.45.

I am claiming the above mentioned amount against you for the destruction by fire at my former business, House 261½, Powell St., Vancouver, B.C. The building consisted of a Barber Shop and a Japanese Baths, both with their equipments.

Would you kindly forward the above mentioned claim to the above mentioned address.
