Dear Sir:

I have in hand your letter of June 8 in which you give me particulars relating to the scale of my two farms.

I hereby lodge with you my protest not only regarding the sale without authorization but also the selling prices at which these lands were sacrificed. I do not see justice in sales which net a mere $4,565.00 from lands which I had valued at $13,000.00.

I believe that British justice and decency will some day make a fair adjustment. I shall await that day.

In the meantime please make available to me the credit balance of $4,799.28. I have one son attending the University of Toronto and another making application to enter the University of McGill. I will need all the money I can get to keep these two in school and at the same time make a home for the other three attending local schools.

Any information regarding the proper steps that must be taken before I can receive this credit will be greatly appreciated.

Yours very truly,

"T. Nakashima"
