Dear Sirs:

I am enclosing herewith a letter received notifying me that my property at 292 Peace Arch Highway has been sold and that I had been advised previously on the matter. But I had received no word on this matter until this date.

I have leased my property to Sam Kivisto for ten years to continue production of important industry. I have moved my family at my own expense and have been self-supporting ever since. I have no debts against my property so there is no reason why this property should be sold.

The buildings were assessed by Surrey Building Inspector at $4500.00 in 1942. There is $3000.00 worth of new incubators besides the furniture.

The insurance on our house is $1000.00 and the poultry houses $5000.00.

Yours truly,

"Shigeki Nishioka" (per E.N.)
