Dear Sir:

Re: File No. 1380

I acknowledge receipt of your kind letter of Sept. 30, 1947.

Enclosed herewith please find your cheque for $245.49 which you sent to me.

Your intention of closing my account by payment of this cheque is not in accord with my wishes, since acceptance will mean a big loss on my part.

My strong disagreement to the transaction done for me by you compels me to send this cheque back.

Thank you for your kind services, I remain

Yours truly,
