Mr. F. G. Shears.

Dear Sir:

I was in receipt of your letter a few days ago. Referring to my property on Clow Road Surrey. I have no intention of selling the above property at such an unreasonable price. If the property has to be sold will you kindly take the matter up to see if you can get a better price.

When I left the coast I had a amount receivable of $236.94 from the Surrey Lumber Company. Concerning this bill I haven't bothered the company or your department. I will be very much obliged if you can help me in collecting the same. I am inclosing a statement for May 30, 1942.

Yours very truly,

"Albert Tsumura"
