Dear Sir:
I received your registered letter of July 4th including the Royal Bank of Canada cheque for $2742.53.
The agent from Pemberton Realty Corporation Limited has been looking after my property of 747 East Cordova Street and 753 East Cordova Street. You did not discuss with me about the selling of the both houses. I was notified months later that these transactions were made.
I cannot understand why you sold my property and chattels without my consent as I did not have any debts. For this reason I cannot accept this cheque. I am returning this cheque of $2752.53 by registered mail.
