Dear Sir:

I received your letter of February 3rd today and I wish to inform you that I am not satisfied with the selling of my property without consulting me the amount in which it was to be sold and also the amount you have sold my property.

Although the sale is not satisfied I am in need of funds for I am self supporting. I should like to have my credit balance sent to me at your earliest convenience. Also please send me the balance in quarterly installments with interest as you have stated in your letter.

Yours truly,

"S. Kishino"

Shigeru Kishino,
Reg. No. 04928.
