Dear Sir:

I was informed by the Spanish Consul in Vancouver that my house on 238 Chelsea St., Nanaimo, B. C. is to be sold by the Custodian. I do not want my house to be sold and besides I have been paying tax for my house ever since the war so I do not see any reason why it should be sold. I don't think you have any rights of selling it so I don't want it to be sold. If you sell it there will be some trouble over this matter after the War.

And I have not received the rent for my house, which is now overdue so will you please send it as soon as possible.

Yours truly,

(Signed) "Tsuneziro Mizuyabu"
