Dear Sir:

I am sending back this cheque and want you to understand that I will never accept any cheques or money for my personal and real assets. I was put into internment as an "enemy alien" and it is not through my consent that you have done away with my assets. I want you to fully understand that until our case is settled I shall respect my rights.
