Mr. George Peters,
The Office of the Custodian,
Vancouver, B. C.
Dear Mr. Peters:
With reference to your letter of July 7th concerning the sale of my property, Title No. 95469-E, I would like you to stop proceeding with the sale immediately which you have started doing it without my consent.
Mr. Peters, I and my family are not dependent on the government maintenances, therefore, you should not need to sell my property which I altogether refuse in selling.
I do not know how much you are selling for or to whom you are selling it but kindly take notice that I have paid quite a sum for it.
Kindly understand that this letter confirms that I do not want to sell my property at whatever price, therefore, kindly stop immediately upon receipt of this letter in proceeding the sale which you claim you have begun without asking me first.
Thanking you,
"S. Wakita"
