Your File No. 6650

Dear Sir:-

I have received your letter of July 23, 1945 with regard to the sale of my property known as Lot 12, & N½ 11, Blk. 20, Sec. 3, B3N, R7W, Map 249., at 4th & Broadway, Steveston, B. C.

As I have clearly mentioned in my letter of May 7, 1945 and as you are no doubt aware, I have never consented to the sale nor ratified it but have at all time and do now object to the sale of my said property. Because, however, I am a member of a Self Supporting Housing Project I have to request from you the full amount of the proceed of the sale of the property in order to maintain myself and my family but in doing so I wish it made clear that it is only being accepted under protest and without prejudice to any rights which I have or may have arising out of what I consider the wrongful sale and disposition of my property.

Yours truly
