This is acknowledge and receipt of your cheque amount $611.49 dated December 11, 1946.

I am not satisfactory which you sold my property without my consent, but my husband have getting old and could not get any steady job here, beside we have almost spent our money in last five years so will use this cheque for our living expenses.
