Dear Sir:-

I received the notice of my Land Sale and the price which you had settled and I wish to say that the sale price is really very cheap for all the labor and improvements I had made up to now. When I purchased the land, I paid $100 per Acre and then I cleared the land and put buildings on it so I wish that you will raise the price. I do not want to sell the property at all but if necessary would ask a much better price. I am old now and unable to work very much so the sum around $356 would not help me very much.

Hoping to hear from you, I remain,

Yours truly,

(Signed) K. Mori
