File No. 5582

The Custodian,
506 Royal Bank Building,
Vancouver, B. C.

Dear Sir:

You have informed me that my property known as Mun. of Matsqui - Lot 2 of Lot 2, Block "A" of the south east quarter of Sec. 33, Township 16, Map 5845, District of New Westminster, C. of E. [corner of east] 49979 has been sold.

As you are aware, I have never consented to the sale nor ratified it but have at all times and do now object to the sale of my said property. Because, however, I am in destitute circumstances due partly to the hailing out of our beet crop, and because my family needs immediate dental and medical care, I have to request from you, the proceeds of the sale of the property in order to maintain myself and family but in doing so I wish it made clear that it is only being accepted under protest and without prejudice to any rights which I have or may have arising our of what I consider the wrongful sale and disposition of my property.

Please therefore mail me at your earliest convenience the $215.86 shown as a credit balance on your endorsed statement.

Yours very truly,

(SIIGNED) "S. YANOSHITA"
Sadao YANOSHITA,
Reg. #07852.
