Dear Sir:

This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 27th May.

The sum of $1490.43 has been credited to my account, but I am definitely not satisfied with the settlement.

I was offered $3200.00 in 1942, and Real Estate values have increased if anything since that time.

I am enclosing the Title Document as requested.

Since your office was Custodian of our property, I would appreciate an immediate solution as to what steps I must take to increases this settlement.

If these settlements are entirely in your hands, will you please give me particulars as to how this figure was derived, as I definitely feel it is unfair.

Sincerely yours,

"Y. Koby"
