We have received your letter of the 12th December, and have carefully noted your remarks.

The sale of your property was carried out by this office under instructions from the Canadian Government at Ottawa on the basis of appraised valuations. While we appreciate that this is a matter of personal concern to you, we must advise that we are unable to consider any alternative in the matter.
