Dear Sir:

We are in receipt of your letter of the 10th instant returning our cheque in your favour for $258.30.

This money is being re-deposited in your account, establishing therein a balance of 258.30

The bulk of the funds derived from the sale of your Quathiaski Cove property were remitted to the credit of your account with the Royal Bank of Canada, Vernon, on June 13th, 1946, in the sum of $1500.00, and as it is desired to close your account, in which no further entries are expected, we shall be glad to transfer your present credit balance with this office to the credit of your Vernon bank account at any time.
