Dear Sir:

Re: Kaoru Abe, Reg. No. 03028
File No. 1466

I have duly received your registered mail of August 20th, which was enclosed Custodian cheque in the sum of $798.65 representing a part of a balance of the fund from the sale of my properties.

I hereby certify and declare that all filing cabinets, a heating stove, gas-stove, gas-water heater, gas fireplace, mentioned on the auction sheets were belonged to me.

In connection with the Certificate of Title No. 67385-I, I am sure that you may find the same in the Land Registry Office in the City of Vancouver as that property was mortaged when I left there and cancelled through your office, therefore not in my possession at the present time.

As I understood that you have accounted for all my properties real and personal, which I left in the protected area, except $232.98 as mentioned in your letter, being held by you in my account, I herewith confimed and acknowledge the above mentioned cheque with condition that I reserve full right to recover all losses and damages in connection with my properties which you disposed without my consent and which were entirely disappeared while they were under the control of the Custodian.

Yours very truly,

"K. Abe"
