Dear Sir: re: Estate of Ichijiro Uyemura (deceased)

I am in receipt of a cheque for the sum of $1715.33, the amount being the property left by my deceased father.

I wish to advise you that I am not satisfied with the amount of sale of my father's property and my deceased father was of the same opinion. Therefore I am holding the cheque at present without cashing.
