In reply to letter Re: 2331 Hammond Rd. Pitt Meadows, B.C. Block "B" of Lots 1 to 7 Block "c" of Lot 283, Group 1 map 3531, D of N.W.[district of New Westminster], Mun. [municipality] of Pitt Meadows, C. of E. 50670.

We are not satisfied with your appraisers valuation of ($794.00) Seven Hundred and ninety-four dollars on the above land and am sending to you the cost of the above land to me.
