Dear Sir:

Thank you for transfering $16.39 to my account Re: Kohei Usui of original debt of $48.70.

Off hand I see you have collected approximately $300.00 from my "JP" Claim of around $6000.00.

Many of my debtors should be in a position to pay their debts, e.g. the above Usui has 2 sons now grown up and should be able to pay off his debts in full. However, under the present circumstance it places me in an embarrassing position to bring suit against my debtors. That's why I have never tried to collect any debts personally. If your office is unable to do any more my only alternative is to wait patiently until a Claims Comm. [commission] is established for which I hope and pray to compensate for this unjustifiable mass exodus unrecorded in history since the expulsion of the Arcadians.

Yours truly,

(Mrs.) "Shimo Kameda"
