Dear Sir:

I am returning the cheque you have sent me for the sale of my property. I do not want to sell it since I am not satisfied with such a scandalously low unfair price. You have stated that the Land Registry Office has cancelled my Title. Is the Land Registry Office able to cancel any Title? If it is able to cancel and has already cancelled it, why should you want my Title? And are you able to sell properties without the Title, without consulting the owner and at such an unfair price? Or do you make more than one Title to each property? I had my property rented before I moved out from the Coast but you have not stated anything about it. What is happening to this? I would like to know the answers to these questions.

Since I do not want to sell my property, I will not send my Title document.

Yours truly,

"K. Taguichi"
