Dear Sir:

I have received registered mail and enclosed cheque in the amount of $14.68 from you today.

In regarding with my chattels stored in the former home of Mrs. Kazue Oye, I claim that I had a chattels worth amounted over $200.00.

I claim my chattels stored in Mrs. Kazue Oye's home are as follows:

The above mentioned chattels which I claimed should be on the list of Custodian under the name of Genichi Hanazawa which I signed the list before Japanese evacuation at former "Fuji Chop Suey" at Vancouver, B.C. and also approved by Mrs. Kazue Oye, now residing at Grand Forks, B.C.

If you check once again and acknowledge my claim will be much appreciated.
