File No. 4936.

Dear Sir:

Re: 436 Scott Road, R. R. No. 1, New Westminster, B. C. Lot 4 of the North West quarter of Section 30, Township 2, Map 1607, District of New Westminster, C. of E. 50709.

I received your letter of April 27, 1944 advising that the above described property was sold for $210.00.

I declare that this price is disappointing and cannot be understood. Will you kindly explain how the price of this property was accounted.

Had you considered my expenses for the clearing labour, the value of trees, and the land price itself? Furthermore, the underground drainage is well constructed and this has costed me $250.00 at least.

I am greatly disatisfied with the sale price and unless this described property will not be raised to a much more reasonable price, I wish you to release my property.

I would be much appreciated if you will give an immediate attention to this matter.

Sincerely yours,

"Yasushi Ohori"
